The staff here are incredibly friendly and caring, and the location is comfortable and convenient, just a quick taxi ride from the other side of the city.

my favourite property in franqueville-saint-pierre. reasonably clean hotel, very amiable and attentive employees on request for ground floor room. good and fab meals. convenient and unbeatable location when travelling to franqueville-saint-pierre. very close to rouen and the a28 to calais, and ferries.

The staff were excellent; friendly, polite and dealt with 'phrasebook-French- really well! Rooms were basic but very clean with an excellent shower! The food we had was superb - we ate both dinner and breakfast and everyone was very happy with it (this includes Grandad and 2 young people aged 11 and 17) There is a supermarket practically next door which is very handy (though do remember Sunday opening times in France!) Excellent value for money.

We had a pull-out bed for our 11 year old daughter which left very little room but as we were on a stop-over as part of our long journey it really was not a problem ( I wouldn't have wanted to do much more than one night with 3 in a room).

Newly renovated rooms with a great shower, in a fantastic location in a nice neighborhood with good spots for walking the dog, all for a reasonable price of £61.

Visiting friends, so was very convenient.

The extra bed that was provided was defecive in that 3 slats were missig which made it uncomfortable - not discovered until during the night when it was too late to do anything about it. The front shutter to the bedroom was missing which reduced security and privacy.

The staff here is very helpful and has good manners.

Clean modern room

We were not advised that the hotel was a building site with work going on. As a result we had to gain access to our room via an unlit external spiral staircase with wooden bannisters that my 86 year old mother gashed her hand on and had to have treated with a plaster to stop the bleeding. The staff were not at all friendly and somewhat off hand

arrived late but food available till 22.00 Pets OK nice G/F room for dog no extra charge.

This place was awesome, we had a fantastic stay during our road trip, everyone on staff was friendly and courteous.

Ideal place for one night with free wi-fi. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Welcoming service. Perfect stay, as always.

price and fact its all there bar/food clean and very nice rooms, and it has private parking free
